Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Product must be in the same condition as received.

  • Order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Sale or clearance items.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos for verification.

  • After approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.


Exchange Policy
