We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Furniture & Large Items: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier services.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.
Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

5. Furniture & Large Item Delivery

Large furniture items may be delivered via specialist courier services.
Delivery is usually kerbside or doorstep delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Assembly services are not included, unless clearly mentioned on the product page.

6. Delays

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
House of Perfection is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
